Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Clients Accounts Administrator. The salary on offer is from £24,000 dependent on experience.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
Principal Responsibilities:
- Making payments to landlords, tenants and contractors on a regular basis
- Recording and producing weekly and monthly statistics
- Dealing with the tenancy renewal process
- Deposits registrations and releases
- Working closely with the rest of the team to resolve any queries
- Dealing with any internal/external queries

Qualities we'd like the candidate to have are:
- Experience is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given
- Proven admin and accurate data entry experience
- Confident as using Microsoft Excel
- Good customer service
- Be organised, methodological and have attention to detail

Proven admin and accurate data entry experience is vital as this is the core of the every day tasks that form part of the role. Competency in dealing with clients over the telephone on a professional level. Confidence with using Microsoft Excel is required as spreadsheets form a vital part of this role. The role will also involve dealing on a daily basis with our various offices to ensure that queries are resolved. The ideal candidate should be organised, methodical and have an attention to detail approach.
